Personal Chef, Natural Cuisine Your Way
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN NATURAL CUISINE?
We begin by using the same ingredients all chefs, mothers, grandmothers did for centuries up until the end of World War II:- Meat, eggs, poultry, and dairy raised on grass and occasionally on organic grains
- Wild fish caught in rivers and oceans
- Fruits and vegetables grown without chemicals or GMO's (Genetically Modified Organisms)
- Whole foods minimally processed
- Loving and thoughtful preparation intended to nourish and nurture
This chef’s own father enjoyed a healthly life based on these ingredients until he passed away at 101 years old.
Inspired by their examples of healthly longevity and “food quality of life,” Two Peas In a Pod, LLC created a personal chef service to provide health conscious busy people with healthfully grown foods cooked to their individual taste and needs.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY YOUR WAY?
- Are you a meat eater? Vegan? Vegetarian?
- Do you like Ethnic Cuisine? American Comfort Food?
- Want to follow a special diet?
Call us. Let us know something about your palate, dietary needs and lifestyle. Within a few days of our first meeting, we can have you eating natural cuisine based on recipes and menus created especially for you.

DEDICATION:
I dedicate this natural foods personal chef service to my late parents, Sophie and George, supreme cooks, organic gardeners, and health conscious farmers. You taught me the joy of nurturing and nourishing those I cook for; and, the necessity of caring for the land that nourishes us all. Each time I enter a kitchen or speak with a sustainable farmer, I feel you both beside me. Bless your hands. (When a Greek enjoys a meal cooked by another he says, “ Thank you; bless your hands.”)
