WEB DESIGN FAQs

Q. Do you do the web design work? Or You use ready made templates

We do the customized Web design and we make your Web site from scratch­based on your requirements.

Q. Do you maintain the Web sites as part of the fee? Or is this something we update ourselves...?

We offer free bi-annual content (text) changes, but if you require Web design/layout changes or need additional pages created, there is an additional fee, which depends on the nature of the change.

Q. Will I be able to make changes or add content to my Web site?

Yes, you can make changes to your site via FTP access, but if you do it yourself, APPCA is not responsible for problems that may arise because of the changes on your site.

Q. What if I want to change my business telephone name or address or menu change or price changes after my Web site is made?

You can request a change, and we will gladly do it for free of charge­if it is once or twice a year. Anything more frequent than that will be charged extra­depending on the nature of the modification.

Q. What is the difference between BASIC HOSTING & BASIC PLUS HOSTING

In BASIC Hosting, You get 50 MB Space with FTP Access and your website URL will be yourbusinessname.personalchef.com

In BASIC PLUS Hosting, You get 100 MB with FTP Access, Control Panel Access, POP3 Email as well as Web Based Email. BASIC PLUS Hosting is a complete Domain Based Hosting Solution with www.yourbusinessname.com and Your Domain Name is registered by APPCA on your behalf under this Package.
